NOTICE ON MAKE-UP FIRE SAFETY TRAINING FOR THE 114 ACADEMIC YEAR

Due to renovation work at the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department from January 1 to August 31, our university’s original fire safety make-up training plan cannot be carried out during this period.

So far, we have contacted students who have not yet completed the required make-up training several times. If you still have not completed the training, please note that in-person fire safety make-up classes will be held during advisor class time in March (2nd semester of Academic Year 114). The details are as follows:

Make-up Training Schedule

1. March 2, 2026 (Mon.) | 10:10–11:40 / 2nd Meeting Room, 7F, Administration Building

2. March 16, 2026 (Mon.) | 10:10–11:40 / 3rd Meeting Room, 7F, Administration Building

3. March 30, 2026 (Mon.) | 10:10–11:40 / 2nd Meeting Room, 7F, Administration Building

What will be covered:

1. Orientation for new dormitory residents
(dorm rules, daily life information, and common violations)

2. Fire safety and disaster prevention training, including:

  • Fire escape procedures
  • Earthquake safety
  • CPR & AED use
  • Indoor fire hydrant operation
  • Fire extinguisher use

 

Important notes:

  • No online registration is required.
  • Please bring your student ID for identity verification.
  • Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late, or who leave early, will not receive credit for the training.

 

These sessions are the last make-up training opportunities this academic year. Students who do not complete the training will be handled according to the National Chengchi University Student Dormitory Management Regulations.
